To keep it brief, Rainee is a magician. I never fully understood the scope of her job because it seemed like every week she was rolling out a new tool, being recognized for great work on a new project, or picking up the slack when someone (more than once, myself) faltered. Rainee's chipper demeanor masks her ruthless dedication. She always inspired me to push a little harder and hold myself to a higher standard.
