Raily and I met during our Master Studies at Leeds University where we both volunteered to be Student representatives and were involved in organizing social events for our fellow Students as well as being their person of contact. It has been a great honour to work with Raily, who has shown great organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills. I see a great potential in Raily in fulfilling an academic career and in becoming a role model for others.

Raily was an excellent student and was fully engaged with my module: Management Research Methodology. She was able to apply advanced knowledge inquiry methods to a major research project to create and develop new theory in the field of HRM.
