I have known Rahul for about 1 year and 2 months. He has worked with me as a Quality Assurance Analyst in my office at Intergraph Consulting India, where I was the Manager- Technical. Rahul has excelled in all areas that I have seen him perform in and what he has worked on has far exceeded my expectations. He is well known for his proactive nature in taking up challenges and this led me to choose him work with the development Scrum teams as a QA representative even though he was a fresher. He is well respected throughout the organization for being the "go-to" person for his leadership skills, for getting things done and for conducting organizational events while accomplishing his tasks. Throughout the time I've known him, he has shown me time and again that he is a positive, motivated leader with amazing potential. During his time here, he played an important role in the R&D of V2016 release of Smart3D, working with Design Reuse teams. In fact, he was so affective in our organization that he is always keen in the product quality and not let any issue slip through the product. He was applauded for his testing skills by the different Scrum teams he worked with. Within very short span he took great responsibilities by giving demonstrations during the conferences between different R&D teams across the globe. His results are stellar, he's got a logical way of doing his work, and most important he wants to learn and to be a major contributor to the company’s success.
