I was responsible for managing B2B, B2G offset, and digital printing operations worth over Twenty Million Rupees, and making major corporate decisions. I managed overall operations and resources, including Inventory Control and Logistics. I managed project specifications, interfaced with suppliers, clients, and the creative team, and oversaw proofing of print materials. The business was developed from a freelancer company that started with a mere investment of 500 rupees, in the year 2015, to a seven-person full-time company in the year 2017, with an aggregate overall turnover of 20 Million Rupees. I was able to achieve project completion rate of 100% within the Estimated Time of Completion (ETC) dates, resulting in an increased client retention rate of over 40%. Successfully executed the print and publicity of the launch of a major government project in 75 Districts in the State of Uttar Pradesh, ‘PROJECT TELE-LAW’ (a partnership of the Department of Justice and National Legal Services Authority).
