• Spearheaded the development, performance, purchase and maintenance of the organization's fleet of passenger cars to produce an efficiently run fleet, maximizing performance, value and profitability. • Responsible for cars of all brands, including very high-end, including Maybach and Rolls Royce. • Ensure that the team understands the duties of the Department and its role within the organization. • Secure adherence to budgets and formulate plans to control expenses & minimize costs. • Perform all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory regulations, including insurance. • Manage, direct and monitor the condition and performance of the fleet to increase efficiency and maximize service, performance, value and profit. • Maintain and improve mechanisms for the operation of the fleet, including surveying & measuring satisfaction with the fleet service and disseminating feedback to the appropriate internal entities. • Proactively utilize laid-down systems to administer the fleet operations, functions, analyses and documentation. • Execute the setting of action plans & targets, appraise and manage performance development, coaching and general support of all team members to ensure met targets. • Delegate authority and responsibility to the team with supervision, accountability & review. • Establish and maintain contact & communications with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best value & satisfaction. • Accountable for the company's fleet of vintage cars, including their maintenance and restoration. • Participate in prestigious vintage car rallies.
