Although Rahul and I worked on different teams during our time at Cartesian, his work ethic and quality of output were familiar to all. Rahul is hardworking, sharp and reliable. As such, he was entrusted with a host of complex projects that required sound technical and analytical skills. His ability to lead and nurture a team while constantly learning and developing is an additional strength. He would be a value addition to any team.

In any professional life, there will always be two kinds of problematic situations that arise and require rapid solutions. One requires the individual to work solo in beast mode - headphones on, dipped eyebrows and fast fingers on the keyboard to churn out lines of code, numbers, or strategy. Other requires interacting and cooperating with a lot of people, being patient in understanding their concerns, and taking a series of small decisions and actions to bring in a win-win situation to everyone. Rahul is the first guy I can think of who could juggle both kinds of problems simultaneously. A coding beast switching to a thoughtful participant in group discussions, switching to a mentor/leader to his juniors, all in the same day. It brings me a smile when I think back to the time when we joined Cartesian at the same time, back in 2015. I joined as an associate, post my MBA; he, as an analyst, post his engineering graduation. But rarely did I feel the difference in our levels of past work-ex or education. I enjoyed my 2 year stint with him - right from churning data reports, solving simple and complex analytical problems, to building an entire, sophisticated "Customer Lifecycle Management" solution from scratch for a 200 cr. business. His business acumen, technical skills and his patience to deal with a diverse set of people was quite impressive. Simply put, if you have a problem to solve, give Rahul a call. Or better yet, hire him.
