      BOB FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS LIMITED April '19 till date Nov' 21 till date: Dy. National Sales Manager (Vice President Sales) handling credit card acquisition through 9000+ BOB branches & open market/digital channels.  Key responsibility is on credit card acquisition through the Banca channel across the BOB branches. Currently, BFSL is amongst the top 10 Card issuers in the country.  The Banca channel has established a sales acquisition team of 148 Regional Relationship Officers & 18 Zonal relationship managers across all Zones of Bank of Baroda and 250+ cities to acquire credit cards & unsecured loans.  The card acquisition is also driven through open market channels for professionals and salaried corporate tie up under BOB salaried accounts across major locations thus ensuring optimum product mix as per risk guidelines.  Key focus is on the cost of acquisition to ensure optimum productivity of field sales team at annual budgeted costs.  Through digital acquisition initiatives, we have partnered with the digital team to completely transform the acquisition journey from a physical journey to a seamless digital journey across Banca & Do It Yourself channels. April’20 -Oct '21: Zonal Sales Manager West (Handling Gujarat, Maharashtra & Goa) Key Deliverables:  Responsible for managing the relationship with BOB Zonal & Regional offices and to maximise credit card sales in these geography with the help of the DST Team across the BOB branches.  I also had additional responsibility of collections as National Collections Manager for the Credit Cards portfolio of 1500+ crores.
