  • Coordinates repair activities with approved suppliers for timely repair and return of Rotable and Recoverable inventory assets and monitors, analyzes, and maintains strong and productive relationships with external repair suppliers. Accountable for ensuring repair operations are completed on-time and within budget.• Ensure availability of fast-moving components in ready to go condition (SV or OH) all the time with current certificates (FAA 8130, EASA, TCCA, CAAC).• Researching on parts that can be modified to latest by carrying out SB’s while making sure the modifications are cost effective.• Detail review and approval of components repair cost estimates and making the necessary cost adjustments by negotiating labor and parts cost with repair shops and capturing cost in system.• Ensure units to be repaired/overhauled in most effective and efficient manner with best repair shop tag and making continues follow ups to reduce the turnaround time.• Setting up beneficial agreements with repair stations that are reputable and have universal tag acceptance and enabling repair and hold programs, volume discounts, waive evaluation fee (BER/RAI) to maximize profitability keeping repair cost down.• Ensure all the units are removed from aircraft as per the teardown work scope.• Ensure the complete back to birth trace of the LLP units.• Providing sales guidance for SV/ OH parts to get more aggressive when the tag is aging; Target to move inventory in 6 months or less from tag date and update sales guidance every 60 days till the part is sold.• Identifying high demand parts to optimizing asset and repair management and advising sales guidance to market and sales team.• Purchase as removed or SV or OH parts to make sure the stock availability of fast-moving parts as per the current market demand.
