My first encounter with Rahul was when I received a call for an opening with BrowserStack. You have to get lucky to have a "Perfect" leader with you along your career path. Rahul, has at every step proven that not only he is good at managing the team but has been concrete support to every team member while dealing with "Do or Die" situations. He is a manager who will understand your strengths and development area and effectively communicate the same to you. He will make you understand how you belong and contribute to business at the same time pushing you and helping you develop your skills and be better equip to face challenges that lie ahead. To sum it all up, he was never a manager but always a mentor to me and every place I go in my career from here, a significant contribution will be his support, patience and learning that he provided at the first steps of my professional life.
