  Job Responsibilities & Functions:-  ECN changes in coordination with Customer for the product improvement as well as New Projects. in  Responsible for making Bill of material (BOM), and Development Plan.  Tact time Study, Process sequences Finalization & Capacity planning As per Part Function.  Feasibility study, Doing Spec meeting, drawing change point discussion  Estimation & Planning for Purchasing of Material.  Manpower planning for new developments.  Responsible for Planning of new projects from T0, T1 trial to customer approval and hand over to Mass Production.  Line setup as per Layout, Trial run as per New Line, Cycle time Study, Motion study, line balancing & ramp-up.  Prototype and tooled up sample preparation.  Knowledge Of PPAP  Process Validation for assuring the process that consistently deliver product meeting its pre- determined specifications.  Use of QC & system tools like 5S, Cpk, Poka-Yoka etc.  Leading efforts for generating cost savings in operations.  Vendor Up gradation & Quality / Process improvement activity.  Arrange the Project Meeting with Supplier & Customer.  All Type of Poka Yoke (Mechanical) Consider in New Model Development.  Problem analysis and solutions during development.
