Review of PDI, Material testing reports from suppliers and suggest improving the inspection process at supplier end. Plan for layout inspection of child parts & take action from supplier to NC dimensions. Clearing GRN and review of inspection reports, metallurgical reports. Monitor rejection on line due to supplier and take issue with supplier to avoid re-occurrence of defect. Handle IATF 16949:2016 audit and maintain all documentation.
