I had the privilege of working with Rahul in my role as the COO at Hotbrands International, Dubai. Rahul was then the VP, International Markets. Rahul's vast knowledge and intimate understanding of the Food and Hospitality business are truly unmatchable. Not only does he understand Food and tastes and palettes, but has the most in-depth knowledge and understanding of the entire eco-system that goes around the Food Retailing business. Logistics, sourcing, food tasting, leasing, systems, processes, hygiene, safety, best practices, you name it and he will be able to offer you sound insights in all these areas and more.
