Whether it be for the local café down the street (Commercial) or the big-name retailers such as JB HI FI (Corporate/Institutional) Merchants. • EFTPOS Technical Difficulties (Troubleshooting whether integrated or standalone) • EFTPOS Hardware Issues (Replacing terminals via our Toll partners in exceptional time) • Liaising with our partners/mutual partners (Such as Toll, Optus, Telstra, AMEX, Ingenico, Medicare, Healthpay, Afterpay and Linkly/PC EFTPOS). We conference the relevant partner into the conversation with our merchant to provide the best customer experience and ensure there is no miscommunication with all parties. • Banking Enquiries. This can include assisting with Transactions, Refunds and Settlements. • Disputes and Chargebacks (Explaining the process of what is next to come as well as educating merchants on how to minimise high risk transactions such as MOTO) • Cancellation/Closure of their merchant facility. • Temporary or Permanent increase for Transactions/Refunds for each terminal.
