Rahimah is an asset to our team. She brings a keen intellect to any task I propose and demonstrates her passion for process and product design whenever an opportunity arises. She uses targets and KPIs as the baseline and regularly exceeds them in terms of inputs and resulting outputs. Further to this, she captures and relays feedback to the product development team to ensure the customer is at the centre of our journey at all times.

Junior Development Consultant and Communications Intern
-
Aug 2018 - Sep 2018
As the junior development consultant, I carried out desk based research which included adding to an exhaustive document regarding one of the locations that the organisation operates in. I also worked on a cost benefit analysis on the impacts of the organisation on the locations they operate in, as well as the impact that similar organisations have industry wide. As the communications intern, I worked with the communications team to produce internal documents, such as a directory with the details of all current members and their status which is now used as a reference point by employees. I also carried out field research on current members and non-members and presented my findings to the manager and to the head of the department. Show less

Retail Client Management
-
Aug 2016 - Aug 2016
This was a project based internship. As a group we individually analysed different aspects of employee productivity strategies, then came together to present our findings to various members of the department including a few senior members. In this role I also handled customer queries regarding their portfolios and financial packages via telephone. I introduced to the fundamentals of creating a portfolio for clients, as well as insight as to how large financial institutions operate. This was a project based internship. Assistant to Manager
-
Dec 2014 - Jul 2016
I began as team member, and worked up to assistant to the manager. I was responsible for the set up of the venue which was in a different location for each event. I would supervise the arrival of the vendors, handled any queries or requests and collected entrance fees. As assistant, I would maintain order of the venue before, during and after the event. This was achieved by liaising with team members, through which I developed strong leadership skills. I also handled any issues which arose on the day of the event, such as missing equipment or under utilised spaces and find a solution in a timely manner. Show less
