It’s been a pleasure to have Rahima on our team these past few years. I first hired her to help with a combination of admin/social media and marketing tasks to support my Amazon seller business. She helped create social media posts and stories using Canva while scheduling and posting them on Later. I also taught her how to navigate the Amazon Seller and Shopify ecommerce platforms (and she is a fast learner), where she would help with editing products and assist with customer service queries. Rahima also helped with both competitor analysis and email marketing tasks. More recently, I rehired Rahima to help with my relatively new home exercise brand, PIVOT Fitness, as a Marketing Assistant. Her role spans administrative tasks, customer service and any ad hoc tasks such as helping to collate data, edit our website using Shopify or supporting the behind-the-scenes management of our post-crowdfunding campaigns on Kickstarter and our ongoing quasi campaign on Indiegogo on Demand. Rahima helps with editing any changes on the campaign page, as well as with updates and corresponding with our backers. She also helps with collating any digital press of our brand and posting them on to the News page of our website. Rahima is a very conscientious, methodical and hard-working member of our team with a keen eye for detail. She is proactive, likes to get stuck in and is a fast-learner.
