These are used in-house for product testing and improved testing time by up to 600%. • Manage the production team, and its relevant tooling and layout. I introduced various procedural and manufacturing changes which directly helped cut down on product lead times and costs. • Order procurement for all of Engineering and Production - I manage all communication with various turnkey manufacturers for high level projects (orders > $100,000), ensuring lead times for production is met. • Helped design new PCB revisions in KiCAD, updated and created BoMs, and added new assembly instructions in order to cut down on costs, lead times, and product failure rate. • Manage all product manufacturing and electronics testing. I create biweekly production dockets, delegate tasks to my team, and update or make new procedures and documentation for all of our products. • Rehauled all internal documentation for Engineering and Production teams by creating a Wiki on our internal website. Created, updated, and centralized all relevant documentation (Schematics, gerbers, BoMs, assembly instructions, testing instructions) on the Wiki - providing a clear and organized location for all information. • Provide technical support and setup assistance for our customers as well as our field staff.
