Began my journey in Motis as a sales administrator , supporting the external sales team as well as bringing on new business, supporting both internal and external partners ensuring the business needs were met, due to Covid my job was made redundant and in November 2020 I joined the credit control team, having to quickly adjust I have became. Credit controller, doing the banking using applications like Sage, assisting the credit control team with ensuring monies paid are allocated to the correct accounts and helping to ensure that accounts are fully reconciled. Another side to my role is looking after customer queries, trying to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to ensure there are no or little delays in getting customer payments.

Wow, what can I say about working as a librarian! What an incredible job, you have to use all your skills, sales, customer services, counsellor, it whiz. You have to work to help all ages from all walks of life, be understanding, calm and patient. Smile and be willing to help. I’m the morning you could have 20 0-4 year olds for a Sing along sessions and in the evening have an adult book club to run. You have to be a organiser, public speaker, an artist, you are the community. If anyone thinks all a librarian does Is stack shelves, boy are you wrong!
