When he joined Grantbook in our first year of business, he dove into the hard work of honing Grantbook’s implementation practice and approach, and being of immediate service to our small roster of clients in the philanthropic sector. As we grew, he became our in-house trainer on all things digital systems, productivity, integration, knowledge mobilization, and data migration and served as a key member of client-facing projects where systems implementation, technology adoption, training, and support were needed.
