  Led the HRIT Strategy for migrating the on-premise PeopleSoft HR/Benefits/Payroll to Oracle HCM Cloud, working with 3rd party implementation partner. This was a project that translated 20+ years of home grown addons and several integrations points involving PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM Cloud, Kronos, Taleo & SalesForce.
