      Ragnars role is covering all IT and Digital transformation for Dahl and its subsidiaries (Optimera, Bevego, Kakelspecialisten and Konradssons kakel). The Group has a turnover of 14 BSEK. Dahl AB is owned by Saint-Gobain. Ragnar is also holding a nordic role as Nordic CIO coordinating the Building distribution sector in the Nordics. In Dahl the IT department is approx. 60 people. Dahl have an insourced infrastructure, IT support and development of E-com. Other areas are outsourced. Ragnar is a member of Dahl management team, Dahl Sverige AB group management team and is chairing the Nordic IT management team. Accomplishments: Change journey. Ragnar has initiated and run a change program for IT. Developing the vision areas Digitalisation, Delivery excellence and IT as a business enabler have been focus. Outcome has been a new organisation and new ways of work. Several forums and processes have been introduced. e-com development. Ragnar started an insourcing project where the current outsourced development of e-com will be insourced and a completly new team will take over.       Responsible for all IT at Assemblin (former Imtech). IT is a centralised function that serves all sectors and branches in the Nordics and in addition develops new capabilities. The IT team supporting Assemblin consists of approx. 40 people and is heavily outsourced. Ragnar's direct reports are 15 people in IT application management and IT infrastructure. The overall budget is approx. 150 Msek. Accomplishments: New outsourcing strategy. Ragnar has initiated, run and delivered new contracts for IT outsourcing of infrastructure, mobility and workplace. Thereby moving all IT services to a new level and released internal resources making it possible to start to develop new functionalities and capabilities based on new technology. Transition project was 20 Msek . New ERP system. Ragnar has set up the needed maintenance and change process for the new ERP system.       Ragnar was responsible for all IT at ISS Sweden. Including a workforce of 25 people of which 5 were group managers. IT at ISS was outsourced with a multisourcing approach. The IT organisation consisted of strategic IT professionals who controlled, maintained and ordered the services delivered. The areas covered an infrastructure part, a system maintenance part, ICC, EA and strategy. The total IT budget was approx. 120 MSEK/yr. The size of the total IT team Ragnar controlled was approx. 50 people. IT run the development and maintenance of the ERP application (Oracle R12). All release management, planning, development and maintenance ware parts of the responsibility of Ragnar. Ragnar was the chairman of the IT board which qualifies and decides on investments plans. He also represented Sweden in the Nordic IT forum. Ragnar reported to the CFO of ISS Sweden. Accomplishments: Ragnar has run a change program within IT with the target of having an IT organisation that is closer to the business and also that has a new mind set. The new mind-set change has given the IT department a better ability to act with agility and speed and has also led to a gained trust from the business. Ragnar has during 2009 and 2013 led outsourcing RFP’s for IT Infrastructure. The outcome was a saving of 25% resp. 27% with same or better SLA’s. Recently Ragnar led an outsourcing of three large system maintenance groups with a total of 15 people who all accepted an offer to move to the selected vendor. Ragnar has established the ICC (integration competence centre) including system platform and organisation and outsourcing of system maintenance. Ragnar has established a vendor management operation within IT covering the whole lifecycle aspect. Throughout his years at ISS he has worked with RFP processes and vendor negotiations.       Senior project manager at the project office. Ragnar has worked with project management, pre studies, vendor negotiations, contract management, process development and change management. Before joining the project office Ragnar worked with the IT department as an IT strategist. Accomplishments Ragnar managed the largest project at SJ with the aim at develop and roll out an electronic hand set for on-board personnel. Budget was 75 MSEK and the project included 50 people and had a target of 2000 people to be educated. The project adopted an agile method during the system development and much focus was on change management. Procure to pay project. Ragnar led the project through all phases from pre study including RFP, design, implementation, roll out and handing over. A total re design of the process needed to be done. Project budget: 12 MSEK including 55 people. Establishment of a BI solution. Ragnar led the project from analysis to rolled out system. Starting with nothing Ragnar and his team members analysed the business needs and went through an RFP process which led to configuration and set up of a Cognos solution. This was a joint project between IT and Finance and it covered data warehouse, Cognos, reporting capabilities and establishment of a system maintenance group. Establishment of the project office. Ragnar was part of the process to set up a project office at SJ. Ragnar produces project method based on PROPS. Process re design project for the finance department. Ragnar managed the project which was successful and led to SJ’s ISO certification. Project budget: 2 MSEK covering 15 people. Scanning project. Ragnar managed the project which put a scanning and work flow functionality to the accounts payable process. Project budget: 4 MSEK covering 13 people. Show less
