I have done a two project of Instrumentation installation.Actually i'm prepare a documents for cable schedules and required weather proof IP67 r IP68 which one is compactable to use depend upon a location, compactable explosion proof it depend on a division of zones. Make ensure the suitable cables and developed the cable schedules document are list out for depend on field devices and their quantity.Cable laid work is begin after supplies of devices to plant location.After cable termination Loop checking is mandatory PLC to Field devices.Ensure the termination are. done. And give power feed to raise up the panel.Inbetween the process need to calibrate the instruments and that's are depends on what range is required by client.Set a Zero and Span calibration for all Instruments.Make sure all instruments are monitoring and Controlled by SCADA or DCS during a field devices are energies condition.For Eg.(Valves give a feedback from field its status - open or close)(And indicate the valve condition its use to monitoring.Feedback is use to till after how many percentage of valve need to open or close. Command is send to 4-20mA signal through the paired cables, and use the I/P convertor to convert the current to Pressure is pass through the tube to diaphragm.Diaphragm connected with the stem, another end of stem connected with valve.Inlet Air Pressure is directly proportional to the stem movement its upward or downward.Similarly like a different way to calibrate the field devices after energies condition.Developing the Documention for P&ID tube routing, and analysis the error, make a solution.Handling the Instruments by a procedureMake ensure standard and required instruments is received.Have a bench calibration during the installation of transmitter.After installation check the tubes it's properly connect with field instruments.Make ensure between field instruments and tubes are no leakage.
