I had the pleasure of working closely with Raghida during a full year, and today is Raghida's last day working for Lavazza Sweden AB. I'm sad to loose her as my Financial Controller and close co-worker, but grateful for everything that she thought me about Lavazza Group and how the reporting structure is built. Raghida has a wide skill set ranging from local Swedish GAAP including taxes, IFRS reporting, annual reports and handling the Balance Sheet of a business that needs to follow global strict routines and deadlines. Raghida's strongest suit is that she combines her finance knowledge with a wide sense of skills when it comes to various IT-tools. Raghida is knowledgeable enough to know what type requests are needed to adapt ERP systems, such as SAP, to a more local context. Her understanding of IT for finance projects, its possibilities, and limitations is a skillset has been very beneficial to the Lavazza Group. Raghida is both solution-oriented in the short-term and long-term focused on improving processes. Her aim is always set on simplifying what is complicated for other co-workers.
