Ragh is an incredible leader who not only effectively manages and motivates teams, but also rolls up his sleeves and gets his hands dirty. During my tenure at Imperva, Ragh was instrumental in driving the success of the FP&A organization. He easily builds relationships and connects with individuals, and is extremely motivated to see each of his direct reports succeed. He is a true team player, enabling not only his own success, but consistently contributing and assisting the success of the team as well.
