 Assists the Project Manager with administering the contract package MC3 providing Technical direction and Approval of site works, ES&H standards, Construction works in NIGHT SHIFT.. Quality and Schedule, As-Built, Testing and Training, Final Acceptance after completion of Snags in “I SNAGS” software.  Execution of all Finishing Works such as Wall Tiles, Gypsum Walls & Ceiling, Granite Flooring, painting on Walls and Gypsum works, Fire Sealant, Metal Ceiling, Metal Door Installation, Concrete Repair Works, Safety Bollards, Kick Rails, Grouting works, Fire Barrier works, Smoke curtain ceiling works, Spline Beams, Closing around MEP Openings, chipping, grinding and repairs of MEP, CCTV or BMS works. Ensuring execution of project on time & in accordance with the contract specifications. Developing, Implementing & revising the construction project procedures manual. Enabling the cash flow required for smooth completion of the project. Receiving all relevant information regarding design, drawings & engineering. Conducting meetings for getting timely decisions on matters related to work. Overall planning of resource management in terms of utilization. Ensuring compliance to Quality & Safety standards.
