Major Projects and Applications: Airport Land Remediation: Procured and Consulted with Environmental professionals to remediate contaminated Airport land. Participated in multiple in-depth discussions on groundwater contamination and application of the risk-based approach to acquire the Certificate of Compliance from the Ministry of Environment.Cariboo Memorial Hospital Redevelopment: $250 million expansion at the Cariboo Memorial Hospital. Working with Interior Health on Development Variance Permit Application, Traffic Impact Assessment and Encroachment Application.Boitanio Mall Redevelopment: $30 million mall redevelopment project, worked on rezoning application, development permit application, development variance permit application and air space parcel subdivision. The proposed development includes a drive-through restaurant, parkade and 80 residential rental units.32 Townhouse Units 8 Phases of Subdivision Development: Working on subdivision, rezoning, development permit, and land disposition applications.
