Student Research and Creativity Departement is a baord that has a role for provide research services in order to improve the research climate that exists in Diponegoro University Industrial Engineering Students, by facilitating learning about paper making and conferences, scientific papers, and PKM guidance. My responsibilities are as follows : 1. Holding the Industrial Researchers Supercamp work program that provides long-term services on the Student Creativity Program. 2. Monitor HMTI PKM Center services to provide 60+ Industrial Engineering Student services related to PKM. 3. Responsible for the development of the Student Creativity Program (PKM) within the scope of Industrial Engineering at Diponegoro University, through the Industrial Researchers Supercamp work program. 4. The main focus is on the development and empowerment of MSMEs and improvement of mindset and entrepreneurial environment. UPreneur 11.0 supports SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) number 8 namely Decent Work and Growth Economy. My responsibilities with my team are as follows : 1. ParaNovo at Novo Club Batch 1

Novo Club is a place for young people to learn and develop themselves through innovative collaborations. Novo Club has a series of events consisting of Welcoming Party, Leadership Bootcamp, Sharing Session with Paragon, Region Project, Townhall Meeting Novo Club, and others. The areas incorporated into the Novo Club are Jakarta, Malang, Bandung, Tangerang, Bogor, Yogyakarta, Solo, Semarang, Surabaya, Kediri, and other cities in Indonesia. Raffi is a member of ParaNovo in Kediri. As ParaNovo, Raffi succeeded in: 1. Completed a leadership bootcamp consisting of 7 materials, namely Leadership, Personal Branding, Self Concept and Management, Theory of Change, and other materials. 2. Developed material obtained from bootcamp through a group project in the East Java region. My friends and I from the project area succeeded in providing education on healthy lifestyles by washing hands to 30+ participants who came from one of the orphanages in the Malang area. 3. Contributed to health education projects, namely Education for Clean and Healthy Lifestyles. This project is an educational activity about the importance of washing hands and using soap and body hygiene. After that, this project also provides Biodef products for target participants. 4. Initiated the creation of Productive Tips content on LinkedIn and achieved 1,678 impressions and 18 likes. 5. Initiated the creation of My Experience content on the Novo Club Project Group on LinkedIn and achieved 2,801 impressions and 54 likes. Show less
