Rafał is a very ambitious and determined person. He is also very creative but also has a very analytical approach to many issues in the company. He likes to optimize processes. He is also a good speaker and can perfectly present what I had the opportunity to see during joint projects. We also met at the eCommerce fair, where he represented a Chinese company and dealt with translating various solutions to his Chinese boss. I know that Rafał is not afraid of big challenges and he copes with them very well. He will be a real added value for any company.
