I had the opportunity to first meet Rafael during a design sprint with the Mongeral Aegon team last year and his passion for everything customer centric was apparent from the moment we spoke. His natural ability to want to solve problems to benefit the customer were at the forefront and everything he did was for the greater good of satisfying customers needs. Rafael although already beyond talented has always and will always strive to be better than what he is and that's what I respect just as much.
