During my period within the company, I had the opportunity to take an interest in, research, and develop a variety of ideas and projects. My main tasks were : - The creation and development of a sustainable oriented condition of contract; - The implementation of the Belgian Gablok product on the Luxembourg territory; - Managing communications between the Belgian team and the Luxembourgish client; - Follow up on the construction sites with the project managers; - Writing articles for the company’s blog; - Without forgetting all other additional tasks requested. More broadly, this internship was an opportunity for me to learn about the Luxembourg real estate market in all its forms according to the company’s model. Beyond enriching my knowledge, this internship allowed me to understand to what extent the ecological challenges of sustainable construction strongly impact the real estate market.
