I worked with Rafael in Cambridge Assessment English for over 6 years mainly in relation to the quality assurance of our network of exam centres in Mexico. Under Rafael’s direction, his team implemented a number of significant changes to ensure the high quality of exam delivery and positive candidate experience on the day of the exam.
