      Leadership on two long-term projects aiming to support the development of new aircrafts for the team:• Aicraft Design Resources (ADR) - MDAO library writen in Python for the conceptual development of aircrafts, focused on code maintainability and extensability. ADR allows an aircraft design team to create it's own analysis (or use the default ones) to configure an aircraft and optmize it. The project is highly inspired on the SUAVE framework, by Stanford and Embraer.• Bancada Mitica - experimental test bench for the aerodynamic characterization of small aircrafts and it's components. The test bench is installed on the rear of a pickup truck and the aircraft to be characterized is instaled over the bench, which is equiped with multi-hole Pitot tubes, load cells and accelerometers. When the car accelerates, the aircraft experience an air flow and the sensors keep track of the aerodynamic forces generated by the aircraft.
