      I conducted an analysis of RNA-sequencing data on samples collected from two clinical trials of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). I performed differential gene expression analysis and gene set enrichment analysis of the data, delivering molecular insights of SLE. Furthermore, I build a machine-learning classifier to determine patients' responses to drug treatment based on their genetic profile.
