  I work on developing and implementing strategies aimed at narrowing the gap between achieving & underachieving students. I have successfully designed and implemented a number of strategies to address the underachievement at A-levels for Pakistani boys, Bangladeshi boys and also Afro Caribbean boys. The strategies i implemented have yielded great success for all the cohort of students i have worked with. I was instrumental in taking a pass rate of 14% for retake GCSE maths to 38% in one academic year. i have developed a motivational workshop for year 7 to year 13 and am available to deliver to schools, colleges and other organisations that work with young people both in and out of education.I played a pivotal consultative role in setting up the largest BAME grassroots youth football club Luton AllStars FC in Bedfordshire. I have been instrumental in project managing the South Asian Football Legacy documentary which involved travelling the length and breadth of Britain, filming everyone from grassroots to the professional game. I developed an engaging and creative PR campaign for a successful “Headscarves to Football Scarves” initiative in partnership with Luton Town FC and The Asians in Football Forum. I am also a qualified football referee i am also available to tutor GCSE mathematics on a 1-2-1 level covering Edxcel and AQA boards. i have an outstanding track record of taking students who the schools do not hold much hope for and successfully helping them achieve grades ranging from 5 to 9. i also regularly advise medical school applicants from personal statements right through to interview.i believe that there are so many hidden gems waiting to be unearthed, all it takes is time, patients and the ability to see beyond what is presented to us. if there is any way i can help please do not hesitate to get in touch with me.
