      I set this company up by chance in Sep 2011. We paid a company to manufacture some bags for us. I waited about 3 weeks and I had not received anything. I called the owner and he said he has had enough and wants to sell his business. We could not afford the whole business but we had already paid him a deposit, so I took the opportunity and used the deposit to purchase some material and a few machines. I then hired his Foreman and two other staff that were going to be let go, and we started what today is known as Creative Covers & Bags. Creative Covers & Bags is a specialized bag manufacturing business who manufacture personalized bags for all types of equipment in the sounds and lighting industry. We also manufacturer protective covering for items that need to be protected in transport such as bars, Furniture, Hi-end camping gear, Laptop covers, Signage or Screens as well as Tog bags and laptop bags.

      This was where my family grew. I had so many friends and we were all so close. I stayed with 5 of them in a 2 bedroom flat for almost 1.5 years. I was mainly a dispense bartender but because West India Quay was in the banking district in London the guys use to part from Thursday - Saturday. This was when i really got to enjoy myself. The dispense bar was mad up a a small 2.5 meter bar with a store room just behind it. There were only two of us on a busy shift and you had to work. Pack up glasses into the dish washer, Pack your own fridge with beer, get your own ice, crush your own ice make coffee's, cocktails as well as full bar. Duties: 🍸Received orders at 6:00AM; 🍸Set-up and prep bar station; 🍸Place orders; 🍸Do opening count on bars; 🍸Load back upstock in frigdes; 🍸Service; 🍸Cleaning down; Then when i became a Trainer and Junior manager: 🍸Cocktail development; 🍸Sourcing of products; 🍸Capturing stock into Micro; 🍸Training on cleaning draft lines; 🍸Training on Cocktails; 🍸Training on Packing store room; 🍸Health and hygiene; 🍸Cashing up waiters;

      This is where i had fun as a bartender it was like i was in the movie "Cocktial" Strawberry Moons was one of the best places to party and work. The coolest bunch of people who had to work hard to keep their jobs but played event harder. Duties: 🍸Cocktials & Full bar; 🍸Count till floats; 🍸Stock take; 🍸Do a min of 1000 pounds turnover on uour till or you get bumped to the worse area on the bar; 🍸Look after VIP guests as well as Hen and stag parties in the VIP area; 🍸Stock fridges ; 🍸Pack up and clean down bar (this bar was serious about cleanliness white glove test kind of stuff) 🍸Cash up and receive stock.

      I did not work her very long but this was the inspiration to what I do today. I worked a total of 6 shifts, I got to see a grey hound track, two or three TV show rooms at the BBC, a private house and a VIP event.       This was where I started as a bartender. We were in the middle of the hustle and the bustle of Central London. I worked with some amazing bartenders. I first started as a runner this was hard work but i didnt mind hard work i was happy to have a job and have the opportunity to grow. My duties were to collect My duties were : 🍸 Stock the bars and store room 🍸Collect Glassware and pack the glass washer 🍸Prepare fruit and garnishes for cocktails I then got promoted to dispense bartender we i learned to be quick and resourceful. We had a 200 pack cocktail bar and a 400 seater restaurant. There were only two of us. My duties were : 🍸 Service 10 waiters as efficiently and quickly as possible 🍸Making Cocktails, Full bar service as well as coffees 🍸 Stock takes 🍸Boxology( a term used when cleaning up loads of empty boxes at the end of a shift) 🍸Re pack fridges and tidy up bar at the end of shift
