I’ve worked with Rae at B2Be. I always found her pleasant to work with and to be a very creative person. She is always willing to answer any questions that we will have and someone whom thinks outside the box. I believe she is hardworking individual and excellent company to be around with.

Rae is an absolute pleasure to work with. We work together at B2Be. Rae is a rare example of professionalism and healthy perfectionism with a wonderful sense of humour, which is always a winner. She is conscientious, tenacious, intelligent and creatively minded, which is the best qualities in marketing. She is highly articulate with a positive attitude and with a desire to produce quality work. I would highly recommend Rae for any organisation.

As a Digital Marketing Executive at HR:4UK I contribute to the development, implementation, and optimization of all digital marketing efforts. Whilst promoting the company’s products and services over different channels such as email, social media, publications and events. In this role, I develop effective digital marketing strategies used to propose new activities within the business to gain interest from target accounts understanding the buyer persona of our current client base to boost campaign success. The campaigns in which I manage are personalised to specific targeted personas, developed through research and data from previous successful campaigns. As the industry of HR is forever changing, creating campaign structures and frameworks has been paramount, as this fast paced environment frequently means campaigns and content needs to developed and implemented in order of changing priorities. Guiding them towards more brand awareness in the Food and Beverage Industry. I worked on PR, Advertising, Design and general marketing for the restaurant. In this role, I created a billboard design that was shown on large format screens in Birmingham City Centre. I have worked alongside the amazing owners who developed this restaurant to win an award from Corporate Live Wire to win the ‘Best Innovative Dining Experience Award'. I have also hosted events, with the most successful one being the debut networking event for the restaurant with food bloggers and corporate members alike. I also control all content production with Facebook and Instagram doing all photography and design work for these platforms, working with B2B and B2C in this role. Attended PR events, promoting and championing the restaurant to heighten brand reputation. I also built brand awareness through social media for improved company growth. Show less

Shopper.com is an innovative start up based in UK. Combining crowd power and artificial intelligence to money for thousands of shoppers. I was the sole content creator for shopper.com which is what Ownedit LTD became and created all content for the company e.g. blogs and articles centering around industry topics. Using my research and creative writing skills to create weekly content to be published publicly on the company website blog page and to be promoted on social media platforms as part of campaigns. As part of my daily duties, I was a quality assurance consultant for the entire team. This meant any information about the company to be posted publicly was first sent to me first for approval. In which this included reviewing and approving website content, creative text, and promotional information. In this role, I was working on organic marketing engagement through content. Creating and overseeing all campaigns and activity on their social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and Quora. Within the Quora platform especially, I grew the profile considerably, becoming ‘most viewed writer' in the fields of ‘Black Friday' and ‘Black Friday sales', and obtaining over 13,500 views and 40+ upvotes. I also took concepts and produced design mockups and prototypes to strengthen designs, enhance user experiences and improve site interactions. I completed full redesigns of existing websites to improve navigation, enhance visuals and strengthen search engine rankings. I also maintained strict budgetary and scheduling guidelines to satisfy customers with high-quality, targeted designs. Show less

During this placement, I worked in the Fiction Marketing Division. I did social media marketing and created content for the company's worldwide platforms including Twitter and Facebook. I was also involved in taking promotional images, helping create promotional advertisements for upcoming events, and writing the promotional literature to send in marketing packages. I also assisted and was given free artistic control on how packages were decorated and what was inside. This experience greatly buttressed my confidence that this was indeed the career for me. This provided me with the much needed experience on the fast paced nature of the marketing world and gave me insight into the combination of my childhood dream career, working alongside brand new books and the amazing people at HarperCollins teaching me how I could combine creativity, writing and design by giving me full freedom, both artistic and literary . Although only a brief position, this provided helpful guidance for me after university and assured me I was on the right path. Show less
