I worked with the client of a major automotive manufacturer to assess needs, schedule and conduct behavioural interviews based on position requirements and was able to surpass the expectation of the client with an 85% rate of interviewees completing second round interviews. Outside of my designated role I took the initiative to learn the client relationship database to find appropriate applicants for temporary positions, interviewed applicants and placed approximately 20 applicants/month in temporary roles.
