      Along two years , I work as EPSF trainer at the Training department which It conduct different soft and management skills to EPSF members to decrease the gap between them .My job description Simulates each step in the ADDIE Model from analysis phase as we analyze the needs of organization's members then create a journey map through which we set a Learning objectives then the phase of desgin comes with full lesson plan then the development phase comes with creating facilitation guide, PowerPoint and participants guide.
