Radu has been an excellent transition manager and highly professional. He was managing a large transition team which was multilocated and has never had any problem with the customer as well as any memebr of the team ... in other words he managed the entire transition which involved different F&A processes,several business units and many stake holders very dilligently. His biggest asset is his "stay calm" nature during pressure situations. A solid player for F&A transitions involving large team and and multiple processes. I wish him luck ....
