WHYTTEST. Ltd. (Testronic Group) QA Technician My work at Whyttest Ltd. was mainly divided in two intertwined parts: on one hand, the focal point of a QA Technician was the continuous search of certain issues that we would call bugs, after which new entries would be added to the Jira database. Consequently, a chain of communication would be created between the developers and the testers, and therefore an ongoing regression procedure would start regarding a particular Jira entry that involved every platform available (PS4/PS5/XSS/XSX/NX/Mobile). On the other hand, testcases were periodically made and delivered, so as to not only ensure a good workload, but also guide the technicians through the work-related processes. For the above-mentioned reasons, my responsibilities as a QA Technician have granted me consistent knowledge regarding the ins and outs of the Jira database, as well as Microsoft Office skills by constantly making and editing daily reports. Furthermore, seeing as this knowledge is subsequent to the experience I had working as a QA for Electronic Arts Romania, during my time at Whyttest I managed to improve and refine everything I had learnt in previous workplaces. Sprint Telesales: Sales Agent With the occasion brought about by the 2018 Apple iPhone launch, the work consisted in the numerous inbound calls that every agent had to take per day. The main purpose was to place as many activations and equipment orders per number of taken calls. Because of the commissioning grid, the work enviroment was one of a kind: after each and every equipment order created, there was a round of applause and the score was written on 4 different boards, one per each team. I managed to stay within top 3 agents for 3 consecutive months, until the department was closed and the personnel went on to work in Order Support so as to continue the activity previously started in Sales. Sprint Order Support As mentioned above, the Order Support department continued the chain of work processes that started in Sales, mainly conducting Return & Exchanges, Return & Cancelations, Billing Inquiries, Bill Disputes and Charge Adjustments. Sprint Technical Support In the Technical Support department, the work was carried out in a quieter enviroment, the procedures being designed to assist and solve network related issues, software or hardware problems generated by the inevitable deterioration of the equipment sold by Sprint within its 3 sales channels.
