      Policy Center for Roma and Minorities is a Romanian NGO that designs and implements social projects, at grassroots and advocacy level alike. My tasks within the organisation included: • Financial control of projects implemented by Policy Center, following contractual obligations and organisational standards; • Financial reporting, intermediate and final, to the grant making bodies (ex.
