June 2019 Radoslav Nedelchev was elected Chairman of the Board of the largest global association of media, media and advertising agencies and technology companies responsible for digital business IAB Bulgaria. IAB Bulgaria is a licensed representative of IAB for Bulgaria. His second term as chairman of IAB Bulgaria lasted from November 2019 to November 2020. With over 20 years of experience in the field of marketing and digital communications Radoslav Nedelchev has contributed greatly to the development of IAB Bulgaria as an organization. During his 2 terms, key and strategically important projects for the entire digital industry were launched and completed, such as: an updated Code of Ethics for online publishers, which provides a framework for advertising - preparation of studies for digital advertising in Bulgaria, which should be a standard for the digital industry - a project for a new market metric for the digital industry, which is currently at the stage of completing a metric brief in partnership with 2 of the key organizations on the Bulgarian market Bulgarian Association of Advertisers and Bulgarian Association of Communication Agencies - initiatives and projects related to market self-regulation As the current Executive Director of IAB Bulgaria, I can definitely say that as Chairman of the Management Board of IAB Bulgaria Radoslav Nedelchev contributed a lot to establishing the good name of the Association, improving communication with members and the Board, openness and transparency in the management, for the responsible management of the budget and finances of the association. I worked in partnership with Radoslav for many years during our time at Dentsu Aegis Network. As COO he was instrumental in driving a number of cross-department initiatives, delivering important reputational impact to our brand. The first one was his leadership on our sustainability agenda, which he took on over and above his role. He translated the global strategy successfully to the local Bulgarian context and initiated a number of projects such as 100% renewable energy and our education programme The Code.
