Zawsze sądziłem, że w kwestii przekonywania do swoich racji radziłem sobie całkiem przyzwoicie. Dopiero po warsztatach Radosława uświadomiłem sobie, ile jeszcze mogę poprawić oraz jak bardzo ułatwi mi to nawiązywanie nowych relacji biznesowych i zawodowych. Warsztaty z budowania argumentacji, które trwały niespełna trzy godziny były świetnie skondensowane pod względem merytorycznym. If I need to describe Radoslaw in three words I will say that he is creative, inspiring and smart. Radoslaw helped me to prepare for my TEDx speech. He completely changed my view towards the public speaking and inspired me to improve my speech and to transform it from a humble one to a well structured and targeted one. I was proud to be part of the Polish Debating Foundation, which the oldest and most successful debating organization in the country. From September I was engaged in strategic planning and execution as well as organized and provided trainings for schools, students and corporations. I significantly contributed to the creation of two new debate clubs in Białystok and Lublin. Moreover, I started cooperation with College of Europe and two museums, which led to new debating projects. I led 150h of interactive workshops for high school pupils in "Nastolatek w samorządzie" project. Using different methods (e.g. brain storm, project activity, moderated discussion, Q&A, quiz, etc.) I teached young Varsovians about opportunities or ways to take action to improve their situation within school, district and city. My performance was assessed by participants with an average 4,87/5. Moreover, I took part in preparation and running workshops for student representatives about communication skills in schools (e.g. how to notify and discuss problems, give feedback and negotiate) during 2nd Warsaw Students Governments Forum. I co-funded and developed first debating society in Kraków from 0 to 80+ engaged members in less than a year. With scarcity of resources, know-how and experience I was able to build open and ambitious society with inspiring and high - performing team, which futher maintained the status of the most dynamic and vital Polish debating society. Among the club's current achievements you will find: organization of 2 international and 10+ national debating competitions for over 800 participants, semi-finals of Universities World Debating Championships, wins and best speaker awards at international and national tournaments as well as successful cooperation with NGOs, business and public institutions.
