As an RTE, I coordinate delivery of two agile release trains (ARTs) that build digital products serving customer needs and improving their experience along customer journey. The ARTs (and their close surrounding) follow SAFe principles so it is my almost-daily life to: - work with product management, scrum masters, portfolio and shared teams (such as system team, architecture) and others from the company as necessary - help managing risk, dependencies and escalating impediments - support teamwork on and across all levels (connecting people from several teams, departments participating in products delivery) - track ART delivery, identify bottlenecks and timely escalate them - support scrum masters and teams in terms of scrum approach and removing impediments - look for improvements to ARTs delivery practices and make them happen - support teams in finding better ways of their working and encourage experience sharing - prepare and facilitate key ART events (such as PI Planning, System demo) Show less
