Was monitoring trainings for NGOs in Ulan-Ude (4-6 May and 1-3.June 2012); held meetings with NGOs with regards to the mini-grant competition; co-organized study visits of representatives of Buryat NGOs to Poland in 2008, 2010 and 2012. Post-Colonial Discourse In Siberian Film.' Classes were based on the methodology of the postcolonial theory and an attempt of its practical usage for the interpretation of films about Siberia as cultural texts. The goal of the course was to encourage students to discuss topics related to Post-colonialism and Orientalism. It was intended for those interested in Ethnology, Anthropology and cultures of the peoples of Siberia. Classes included introduction, film show and discussion. Show less
