  In my second year as part of EDSA, I was trusted to become the Head of Human Resources Development. - Led the department to reach our vision, missions, and goals. - Planned, created, and implemented the department's annual work programs.- Handled the organization's annual recruitment process with 60+ applicants.- Worked closely with other parties, including the President and Vice President, other Head of Departments, and external parties (BEM, Senat, faculty, etc.)- Improved and resolving problems related to the recruitment process and annual programs.   As a junior staff, I was assigned to one of the subdivisions, Manager of Student Welfare. - Led the English Department's LKMMP-D 2020, with 150+ students as the audience. LKMMP-D is the biggest annual program of HRD, and this is the first time it was held online. In order to fit things into the pandemic condition, we worked together to create an enjoyable event through an online platform.- Participated in adapting all the department's work programs into an online-based program.- Resolved work problems.- Hosted one of the programs called Achievement Motivational Training 2020.- Delivered students' aspirations to external parties as a Junior Manager of Students Welfare.
