I was responsible for planning and implementation of completely new project. In this project students from Australia, Croatia, China and Hong-Kong came to Prague in order to teach English and show their culture to pupils of all age categories (from 7 to 30). Except of this I was responsible for selling students to summer camps where they taught English.My Key responsibilities were.:• Leading a team of 5 people.• Inventing an idea of this project, its planning and implementing.• Organizing a preparation seminar for students in order to help them with making of their own lessons.• Negotiating with elementary and secondary schools to allow project promotion during school lessons.• Making a budget and checking if the project keeps financially sustainable.• Cooperation with project promo team in order to get as much registered students as possible (in final we had 42 participants).• Taking care for foreign students, making events for them, checking if they feel well.I managed to satisfy all project's stakeholders and achieve a better project's profit than estimated.
