I have had the pleasure and privilege of working with Radek in various network management projects with Nortel and Ciena from the early days as a software engineer, to a very successful feature lead and scrum master. Throughout his journey, as he expanded his growing arsenal of technical skill and expertise, he used his knowledge and experience to coach new team members, in a constantly changing development landscape. As a scrum master leading a multi-site development team, he coordinated the development, tracked progress and managed the risk of the scrum team. Radek worked well with others and brought a positive attitude to his work. Even when deadlines pressed and difficult bugs arose, he remained calm, effective and also friendly. I wish Radek the best in all his future projects – I know he will make a positive and lasting impact on any team that he is a part of.
