Radek actually replaced me in a role of Head of Customer Support at Purple Technology some time ago and I must say I was more than happy it was him in particular. Radek is able to empathise with the clients extremely well and is willing to do anything for the end-customer. He is also very responsible, systematic, quick learner and as the team-leader he excels in "leading by example". I could always rely on him and having him part of the team meant I knew the whole department was in good hands.

I know Radek for years and I must say that I have always learned from his pro-client approach a lot. The suggestions and ideas he delivers are benefiting the company and appreciated by the end clients. Radek, as Head of support, has high competence and skills to solve very delicate situations and special cases. I find himself as an ultimate gift when the situation is going to escalate and he finds a win-win solution for a company and a client so both sides are happy. Experienced critical situations solver with peace of mind and big heart. I am also sure Radek will do very well in any company where they will appreciate his own initiatives to do things a way better.
