Successfully completed my one-month long internship with JNSS Legal Cell (Litigators and Arbitrators), a law firm based out in Faridabad. The nature of work dealt with forming an extensive research project that could be used by the firm in their court proceedings and functioning and at the same time enriched interns with two very different topics. MODULE -1 of the internship program included research & practical exercise on various social media platforms to compile a detailed research paper on the STATUS OF POTHOLE DEATHS IN INDIA. MODULE - 2 included both research & practical caucus with individuals, associations, and companies in need of assistance regarding the practice of Arbitration in the commercial world. It required me to compose a detailed research paper on THE TRANSITION FROM LITIGATION TO ADR. I passed both the modules and was overall graded a GOOD performer. Show less
