Capture all relevant information of Walk-ins/Customers effectively in the CRM. 3. Academic Operations a. Build strong relationship with CP, faculty, CAO, HOD. b. Report & proactively resolve academic issues faced by students as per company systems c. Build connect with students & parents to resolve all their queries4. Center Operations: Report and proactively resolve centre Infra issues as per defined TATs; keep admin costs as per approved policies & budgets. Show less
